Cabbage Dry Sabzi

Cabbage - 2 cups (finely chopped)
Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Urid Dal - 1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 2-3
Salt - to taste


  • Heat oil in a pan and add in the mustard seeds and urid dal. Let the mustard seeds crackle and the urid dal turn brownish, then add in the cumin seeds.
  • After 2 minutes, add the dry red chillies and toss for a few seconds. Now add in the chopped cabbage, green peas and salt.
  • Sprinkle little water and mix well.
  • Keep the vessel covered and let it cook for a 5-6 minutes.
