Mixed Veg Dry Sabzi



Ingredients:
Beans - 1 cup (finely chopped)
Carrots -  1 cup (finely chopped)
Potato - 1 cup (finely chopped)
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Urid Dal - 1/2 tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 2-3
Salt - to taste
Oil 

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan and add in the mustard seeds and urid dal. Let the mustard seeds crackle and the urid dal turn brownish, then add in the cumin seeds.
  • After 2 minutes, add the dry red chillies and toss for a few seconds. Now add in the chopped beans, carrots, potato and salt.
  • Sprinkle little water and mix well.
  • Keep the vessel covered and let it cook for a 10-12 minutes.
