Paneer Dosa-Wraps!

Ingredients:

For the batter:
Yellow Moong dal (split) - 1 cup
Curd - 3 tblsp
Gram Flour (Besan) - 1 tblsp
Green Chillies - 3 (finely chopped)
Asfoetida - a pinch
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil

For the filling:
Onion - 1 medium (finely chopped)
Paneer -  100 gms (crushed)
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Chat Masala - a pinch
Salt - to taste

Method:
  • Soak the moong dal in water for 2-3 hours. Then drain and transfer into a blender.
  • Mix together all the other ingredients for the batter in the blender and make a fine batter.
  • Transfer the contents into a bowl, add very little water and blend well and keep aside for ten minutes.
  • Mix together all the ingredients of the filling in a bowl.
  • Heat a tsp of oil on a dosa-tawa and spread a ladle of batter. Gently spread in circular motion (like you would for a regular dosa).
  • Keep the flame on low and add 2 tsps of the filling over the batter. Spread it out and press it in gently.
  • Spray oil on the top and sides and let it roast on medium flame.
  • Turn over and let the filling also roast a bit.
  • Fold into 3 folds and serve with tomato chutney!
